Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Quantaps reviews cancellation requests, refund eligibility, non-refundable situations, and delivery-related issues for digital service orders placed through the platform.

Review Standard

All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under a fair evaluation standard. Quantaps system records, service timing, delivery logs, counters, and related technical data are treated as the primary reference during review.

By placing an order, the user confirms that this policy has been read and accepted as part of the service terms.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances where a service cannot be started or completed within a reasonable timeframe due to a technical issue within Quantaps’ operational control.

If a request qualifies, the outcome may be a full refund or a partial refund depending on confirmed delivery status, the delivered portion of the service, and the stage already reached in processing.

The service cannot be started or completed within a reasonable timeframe because of a technical issue within Quantaps’ operational control.
The service is delivered only partially because of under-delivery or a confirmed technical delivery error.
The order has not started at all within 30 days.
For partial refunds, the delivered portion of the service and any already-incurred processing costs may be taken into account during review.

Processing & Cancellation

Cancellation rules depend on whether the order has already entered processing. Once fulfillment starts, the order may already be routed to provider systems and operational costs may already exist.

If cancellation is requested before processing starts, a full refund may be possible after review.
After processing begins, cancellation is generally not possible.
If the order has not started at all within 30 days, a full refund may be considered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Certain situations fall outside refund coverage because they result from user-side changes, platform-side behavior, or conditions outside Quantaps’ operational control.

Violation of terms of use or unlawful use.
Changing the target profile or link, changing privacy settings, or deleting or hiding content.
Account suspension, action blocks, security verification requirements, or platform security restrictions.
Concurrent services from other providers or overlapping and conflicting orders.
Drops caused by platform behavior, policy changes, algorithm changes, or third-party outages.
Incorrect link, incorrect package, incorrect quantity selection, or user-side changes made after purchase.
Ending a livestream, Space, or similar live format early where the service depends on active duration.
Platform-side technical or policy changes are not treated as Quantaps-controlled failures. In these cases, technical logs and order counters remain the main basis for review.

Under-Delivery & Compensation

If a service is under-delivered or affected by a technical delivery issue, the first priority is compensation, meaning completion of the missing portion where possible.

If compensation cannot be completed, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the case, the confirmed delivery status, and the review outcome.

Fraud, Risk & Disputes

Quantaps reserves the right to pause, limit, or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or risky transaction behavior is reasonably suspected.

In chargebacks, bank disputes, or payment-provider disputes, Quantaps operational records and technical order data may be used during the review process.

Policy Updates

Quantaps may update this policy when required by legal obligations, service conditions, or operational needs. The most recent version becomes effective once published on the website.
