In cases such as natural disasters, infrastructure failures, large-scale platform outages, legal restrictions, cyberattacks, or similar events beyond reasonable control, Quantaps’ performance obligations may be suspended until the relevant obstacle is removed.
This Agreement becomes effective when the Buyer completes the order. Quantaps may update the Agreement in line with legal requirements or operational needs, and the updated version becomes effective when published on the website.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first aim to resolve the matter amicably. Depending on the Buyer’s legal status as a consumer and the applicable jurisdiction, relevant consumer arbitration bodies, consumer courts, or other competent authorities may apply.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how Quantaps reviews cancellation requests, refund eligibility, non-refundable situations, and delivery-related issues for digital services purchased through the platform.
