Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the user purchasing digital services through Quantaps (“Buyer”) and Quantaps (“Seller”). By completing an order, the Buyer confirms that this Agreement has been read, understood, and accepted.

Agreement Scope

This Agreement governs the digital service ordered by the Buyer through quantaps.com, including service scope, payment amount, performance process, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the provisions applicable to disputes.

Order, Service Details, and Price

The selected service type, quantity, total price, payment method, and order summary are presented to the Buyer on the order screen and/or through post-order notification channels. The Buyer confirms that this information was reviewed and approved before the order was completed.

Service Delivery

• The service is initiated and delivered according to the process, technical structure, and order conditions applicable to the selected service.
• Delivery timing may vary because of platform load, technical limitations, platform rules, service structure, or force majeure.
• The accuracy of the username, link, target, or content details entered by the Buyer is the Buyer’s responsibility.

Buyer Responsibilities

• The Buyer must provide the correct link, username, or content details during ordering.
• Changing privacy settings, changing the target link or username, deleting content, or triggering platform-side restrictions may interrupt service delivery.
• If the Buyer uses concurrent services from other providers on the same target, Quantaps is not responsible for resulting conflicts, overlap, or tracking inconsistency.

Limitation of Liability

Quantaps is not directly responsible for algorithm changes, policy changes, API limitations, access restrictions, technical outages, account restrictions, platform-side drops, or similar events originating from third-party platforms. These conditions may affect delivery timing, visibility, continuity, or overall service behavior.

Withdrawal and Refunds

The Buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited once performance of a digital service has started and that the evaluation may fall within applicable legal exceptions.

Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy together with the order conditions and policy texts presented during the ordering process.

Intellectual Property

Texts, visuals, design elements, and site structure on Quantaps are protected under applicable law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is not permitted.

Abuse and Right to Refuse Service

In cases involving fraud, abuse, spam, illegal content, risk of harm to third parties, or suspicious activity, Quantaps reserves the right to pause or cancel the order and apply appropriate security measures.

Evidence

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties acknowledge that Quantaps’ system records, including logs, order records, timestamps, notification records, and similar technical records, may be used as evidence.

Force Majeure

In cases such as natural disasters, infrastructure failures, large-scale platform outages, legal restrictions, cyberattacks, or similar events beyond reasonable control, Quantaps’ performance obligations may be suspended until the relevant obstacle is removed.

Effective Date and Updates

This Agreement becomes effective when the Buyer completes the order. Quantaps may update the Agreement in line with legal requirements or operational needs, and the updated version becomes effective when published on the website.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first aim to resolve the matter amicably. Depending on the Buyer’s legal status as a consumer and the applicable jurisdiction, relevant consumer arbitration bodies, consumer courts, or other competent authorities may apply.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how Quantaps reviews cancellation requests, refund eligibility, non-refundable situations, and delivery-related issues for digital services purchased through the platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy.

1. Review Standard

All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under a fair evaluation standard. Quantaps system records, service timing, delivery logs, counters, and related technical data are treated as the primary reference during review.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, including the cases below:

• The service cannot be started or completed within a reasonable timeframe because of a technical issue within Quantaps’ operational control.
• The service is delivered only partially because of under-delivery or a confirmed technical delivery error.
• The order has not started at all within 30 days.

If a request qualifies, the outcome may be a full refund or a partial refund depending on confirmed delivery status, the delivered portion of the service, and the stage already reached in processing.

For partial refunds, the delivered portion of the service and any already-incurred processing costs may be taken into account during review.

3. Processing & Cancellation

• If cancellation is requested before processing starts, a full refund may be possible after review.
• After processing begins, cancellation is generally not possible because the order may already be routed to provider systems and operational costs may already exist.
• If the order has not started at all within 30 days, a full refund may be considered.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations generally fall outside refund coverage:

• Violation of terms of use or unlawful use.
• Changing the target profile or link, changing privacy settings, or deleting or hiding content.
• Account suspension, action blocks, security verification requirements, or platform security restrictions.
• Receiving concurrent services from other providers or placing overlapping or conflicting orders.
• Drops caused by platform behavior, platform policy changes, algorithm changes, or third-party outages.
• Incorrect link, incorrect package, incorrect quantity selection, or user-side changes made after purchase.
• Ending a livestream, Space, or similar live format early where the service depends on active duration.

Platform-side technical or policy changes are not treated as Quantaps-controlled failures. In these cases, technical logs and order counters remain the main basis for review.

5. Under-Delivery & Compensation

If a service is under-delivered or affected by a technical delivery issue, the first priority is compensation, meaning completion of the missing portion where possible.

If compensation cannot be completed, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the case, the confirmed delivery status, and the review outcome.

6. Fraud, Risk & Disputes

Quantaps reserves the right to pause, limit, or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or risky transaction behavior is reasonably suspected.

In chargebacks, bank disputes, or payment-provider disputes, Quantaps operational records and technical order data may be used during the review process.

7. Policy Updates

Quantaps may update this Policy when required by legal obligations, service conditions, or operational needs. The most recent version becomes effective once published on the website.
