If the Page recently changed its username, submit the current address. Old URLs and redirects can make it difficult to confirm the target or determine whether review features are available.

The Page should have a clear identity, accurate details and visible public information. The request does not require your Facebook password, verification code, Business Manager connection or administrator invitation. Quantaps uses the public Page address supplied in the form and does not need control of the Page.
Do not share private Facebook credentials for a review request. The correct public Page URL and the required form details are sufficient.
Evaluate the Complete Page, Not Only the Review Count
Reviews can contribute to how visitors interpret a Page, but trust is shaped by the complete presentation. Current contact information, clear service details, recent posts, consistent branding and responsible response behavior all influence the reputation of the Page.
