The SELLER is not directly responsible for social platform algorithm/policy changes, API limits, access restrictions, technical outages, account restrictions, or platform-originated drops. Such events may affect service performance.
The BUYER acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited once the performance of a digital service has started, and that the assessment may fall under applicable legal exceptions. In disputes, the parties will first aim to resolve matters amicably. Depending on the BUYER’s status as a consumer, the relevant consumer arbitration committees/consumer courts and competent authorities may apply.
