At Quantaps, we aim to keep your personal data secure at the highest level. This Notice explains what data we process, for what purposes, and what rights you have under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

• Payment information: Card data is processed only by PayTR and is not stored by Quantaps.

Your data is processed within the scope of KVKK Articles 5 and 6, based on:

• Establishing and performing a contract

• Legal obligation
• Explicit consent (where required)

4. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the periods required by applicable legislation or for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing. When the retention period expires, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Your data may be shared only with the following parties when necessary:

• Payment institution (PayTR – mandatory)
• E-invoice integrator
• Authorized public institutions and organizations (when legally required)

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

• To request correction or deletion of your data
• To object to processing
• To request correction if incomplete/incorrect data has been processed
