Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the user purchasing digital services through Quantaps (“BUYER”) and Quantaps (“SELLER”). By completing an order, the BUYER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

BUYER: The user who makes the purchase using the information declared in the order form.

Article Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of the digital service ordered by the BUYER through quantaps.com, the service fee, performance process, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the provisions applicable to disputes.

Article Order, Service Details, and Price

The type, quantity, total price, payment method, and order summary of the selected service are presented to the BUYER on the order screen and/or via post-order notification channels. The BUYER acknowledges that they reviewed and approved this information before completing the order.

Article Performance and Delivery of the Service

• The service is initiated and delivered according to the process and technical conditions specified during the order.
• Delivery time may vary due to platform load, technical limitations, platform policies, and force majeure.
• The accuracy of the username/link/content details provided by the BUYER is the BUYER’s responsibility.

Article BUYER Obligations

• The BUYER is responsible for providing the correct link/username/content details.
• Setting a profile to private, changing the username/link, deleting/hiding content, security restrictions, or platform blocks may cause the service to stop.
• The BUYER acknowledges responsibility for any conflicts or inconsistencies that may arise if they run concurrent services from different providers on the same target.

Article Limitation of Liability

The SELLER is not directly responsible for social platform algorithm/policy changes, API limits, access restrictions, technical outages, account restrictions, or platform-originated drops. Such events may affect service performance.

Article Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

The BUYER acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited once the performance of a digital service has started, and that the assessment may fall under applicable legal exceptions. Refund/cancellation evaluations will be carried out under the Refund & Cancellation Policy in accordance with the terms stated on the order screen and/or in the agreement/policy texts.

Article Intellectual Property

Texts, visuals, and design elements on the Quantaps website are protected under applicable legislation. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted.

Article Abuse and Right to Refuse Service

In cases of fraud, abuse, spam, illegal content, risk of harm to third parties, or suspicious activity, the SELLER reserves the right to pause/cancel the order and apply necessary security steps.

Article Evidence Agreement

The parties acknowledge that, in disputes arising from this Agreement, the SELLER’s system records (logs, order records, transaction timestamps, notification records, and similar) may constitute valid evidence.

Article Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, infrastructure failures, large-scale platform outages, legal regulations, cyberattacks, or similar events beyond the parties’ control, the SELLER’s performance obligation may be suspended until the obstacle is removed.

Article Effective Date and Updates

This Agreement becomes effective once the BUYER completes the order. The SELLER may update this Agreement in line with legal requirements and operational needs; the updated version becomes effective when published on the website.

Article Disputes and Jurisdiction

In disputes, the parties will first aim to resolve matters amicably. Depending on the BUYER’s status as a consumer, the relevant consumer arbitration committees/consumer courts and competent authorities may apply.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the cancellation rules, refund eligibility, non-refundable cases, and review criteria for digital services purchased through Quantaps. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy.

1. Core Principle

All requests are reviewed under a fair evaluation principle. Quantaps system records (service start time, delivery logs, counters, and other technical data) are taken as the primary reference during the review.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be possible only under the conditions below:

• The service cannot be started or completed within a reasonable timeframe due to technical reasons within Quantaps’ control.
• The service is delivered partially due to under-delivery or a technical error.
• The order cannot be started at all for 30 days.

If deemed eligible, a full or partial refund may be issued. For partial refunds, the delivered portion of the service and any applicable processing costs may be taken into account.

3. “In Processing” Status and Cancellation

• If a cancellation request is submitted before processing (before the service starts), a full refund may be possible.
• After processing begins, cancellation is not possible because the service is routed to provider systems and incurs costs.
• For orders that do not start at all within 30 days, a full refund may apply.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

• Violation of terms of use or unlawful use.
• Changing the profile/link, changing privacy settings, deleting/hiding content.
• Account suspension, action blocks, security verification requirements, or platform security locks.
• Receiving concurrent services from other providers or overlapping/conflicting orders.
• Drops caused by the platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), policy/algorithm changes, or platform-side outages.
• Incorrect link, incorrect package, or incorrect quantity selection.
• Ending a live stream/Space early or modifying order details after purchase.

Quantaps is not responsible for impacts caused by technical or policy changes on social platforms. During evaluation, technical logs and order counters are used as the basis.

5. Under-Delivery, Errors, and Compensation

In cases of under-delivery or delivery issues caused by technical errors, the priority is compensation (completing the missing portion). If compensation is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued when appropriate.

6. Abuse, Risky Transactions, and Payment Disputes

In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or risky transactions, Quantaps reserves the right to pause or cancel the order. For chargebacks or bank/payment-provider disputes, Quantaps records may be used during the review process.

7. Right to Update

Quantaps may update this Policy in line with legal requirements and operational needs. The updated text becomes effective once published on the website.
