Rules for refunds, cancellations, and out-of-scope cases for Quantaps services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the cancellation rules, refund eligibility, non-refundable cases, and review criteria for digital services purchased through Quantaps. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy.
All requests are reviewed under a fair evaluation principle. Quantaps system records (service start time, delivery logs, counters, and other technical data) are taken as the primary reference during the review.
A refund may be possible only under the conditions below:
If deemed eligible, a full or partial refund may be issued. For partial refunds, the delivered portion of the service and any applicable processing costs may be taken into account.

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Quantaps is not responsible for impacts caused by technical or policy changes on social platforms. During evaluation, technical logs and order counters are used as the basis.
In cases of under-delivery or delivery issues caused by technical errors, the priority is compensation (completing the missing portion). If compensation is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued when appropriate.
In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or risky transactions, Quantaps reserves the right to pause or cancel the order. For chargebacks or bank/payment-provider disputes, Quantaps records may be used during the review process.
Quantaps may update this Policy in line with legal requirements and operational needs. The updated text becomes effective once published on the website.
