Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the cancellation rules, refund eligibility, non-refundable cases, and review criteria for digital services purchased through Quantaps. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy.


1. Core Principle

All requests are reviewed under a fair evaluation principle. Quantaps system records (service start time, delivery logs, counters, and other technical data) are taken as the primary reference during the review.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be possible only under the conditions below:

  • The service cannot be started or completed within a reasonable timeframe due to technical reasons within Quantaps’ control.
  • The service is delivered partially due to under-delivery or a technical error.
  • The order cannot be started at all for 30 days.

If deemed eligible, a full or partial refund may be issued. For partial refunds, the delivered portion of the service and any applicable processing costs may be taken into account.

3. “In Processing” Status and Cancellation

  • If a cancellation request is submitted before processing (before the service starts), a full refund may be possible.
  • After processing begins, cancellation is not possible because the service is routed to provider systems and incurs costs.
  • For orders that do not start at all within 30 days, a full refund may apply.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Violation of terms of use or unlawful use.
  • Changing the profile/link, changing privacy settings, deleting/hiding content.
  • Account suspension, action blocks, security verification requirements, or platform security locks.
  • Receiving concurrent services from other providers or overlapping/conflicting orders.
  • Drops caused by the platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), policy/algorithm changes, or platform-side outages.
  • Incorrect link, incorrect package, or incorrect quantity selection.
  • Ending a live stream/Space early or modifying order details after purchase.

Quantaps is not responsible for impacts caused by technical or policy changes on social platforms. During evaluation, technical logs and order counters are used as the basis.

5. Under-Delivery, Errors, and Compensation

In cases of under-delivery or delivery issues caused by technical errors, the priority is compensation (completing the missing portion). If compensation is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued when appropriate.

6. Abuse, Risky Transactions, and Payment Disputes

In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or risky transactions, Quantaps reserves the right to pause or cancel the order. For chargebacks or bank/payment-provider disputes, Quantaps records may be used during the review process.

7. Right to Update

Quantaps may update this Policy in line with legal requirements and operational needs. The updated text becomes effective once published on the website.
